"I will be honest, I never realized how important it was to have a good insurance agent until our mortgage company forced coverage on us that we did not need. It was costing us thousands of dollars and every time I tried to resolve it I ran into a wall. Tami was incredible in her service and professionalism and I cannot overstate how big of an advocate she was for my wife and I while fighting this. She spent hours on the phone with BSI agents to make things right for us. This office takes pride in their jobs and fights for their clients - They are the best."
